Since error messages are really meant for developers and are on a quite
detailed technical level. For end users in a production setting this is
often not wanted. Instead it is common to give a generic error message
that the user needs to contact the IS support.
For this reason one of the resource files included is the special
language "prod" which is meant to be used in a production site where to
give a generic error message. The generic error message can be tailored
by changing a define in the prod locale resource file.
